Secure or remove fragile, hazardous, or restricted items
Paradise Moving is not responsible for delays caused by customer inaction, inaccurate information, or unsafe conditions.
6. Items We Cannot Transport
For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not move:

Firearms, ammunition, explosives

Hazardous chemicals

Illegal substances

Perishable or live items

Anything prohibited by state or federal law

7. Liability & Damage Policy

Items packed by the customer

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear during moving

Items of extraordinary value not disclosed before the move

Damage due to structural issues in furniture (e.g., weak joints, particle board)
7.2 Claims Process
Damage claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
We may request photos or documentation.
8. Specialty Items
Heavy or delicate items (pianos, safes, hot tubs, pool tables, etc.) may require additional labor, equipment, and fees.
Paradise Moving reserves the right to decline moving an item if it presents a safety risk.
